We changed our plans from Blenheim to Nelson and not many places were available. But we lucked out with this. 2 nights in 2 different rooms but we at least got a place.
This place does long term rentals as well. The rooms are decent sized and clean. It is very close to Nelson center and you can park on the street. The location is great as we walked to the market on Saturday and restaurants.
The beds are too soft and the room walls are too thin; these are the only gripes.
