In my career, I have often encountered others asking "What should I choose, this job or that role?"; even I have come across the same question quite a few times. Today, many youngsters approach me with questions about what career options should they choose.
I believe in frameworks to help with dilemmas and today I share one that is simple and yet very powerful.
This Japanese concept - Ikigai, has helped me and hope you find it useful too.
